Welcome to my Bslog

You're asking yourself "What is a bslog?"  Inspired by the New York Times Magazine's Matt Bai who has what he calls "The Non-Blog" on his site, I am beginning my own version of a blog that's not really a blog.  I admire people who are natual bloggers -- who can think of something new and often interesting to say on a daily (or even more often) basis.  But I don't have that skill.  So I will use this space to post news, respond to emails and questions (contact me here), and, yes, even sometimes post a blog post.  If the term "blog" is short for "web log," than a "bslog" is a "web slog." This may not be the best way to entice you to join in and check back for news and random musings, but I hope you do and -- who knows? -- perhaps we'll all be pleasantly surprised.
